Yum! Here's a chance to become more knowledgeable about chocolate... Saturday March 8th and Sunday March 9th there will be a two-hour chocolate tasting session in the Bishop Hotel's Vancouver Room for registered guests of the Hotel. The tasting begins at 2 pm Saturday and 1 pm Sunday. The tasting is hosted by Mark Canizaro, a recognized chocolate expert around the country, along with our local Elevated Ice Cream and Candy Shop. Guests can pre-register for this tasting by calling Elevated Ice Cream at 360-385-1156 or by e-mailing them at info@elevatedicecream.com. When you rent a room from us on March 7th, 8th or 9th you can receive a $5.00 discount on the tasting fee of $20.00 plus a $15.00 room discount. Space is limited-- pre-registration for the tasting and advance room reservations are required. Please refer to chocolate when making your reservation with us!
