The award winning "Secret Victorian Gardens" offer brides a year-round, all-weather landscaped site to hold medium to large weddings, receptions or other special event.

Located at the Bishop Victorian Hotel, the Vancouver Room (adjacent to the gardens) and the Olympic Room (on the lobby level) are places for small to medium size training sessions and board meetings.

The two-story Penthouse at the top of The Swan Hotel appeals to brides and planners preferring modern, upscale elegance in a Maritime scene. Imagine the event and reception in a setting with wrap-around decks offering dramatic views of the Cascades, Olympics, Mount Rainier and the Straits of Juan de Fuca.

We host only one event per day to ensure the success of your special day. Our professional staff will work with you every step of the way to make sure your day meets all your expectations.

Conferences & Meeting Facilities

Your group will enjoy the finest in surroundings and service at the Bishop Victorian and Swan Hotels. Our personal attention, award-winning catering, and elegant facilities will combine to insure a successful event.

The Olympic Room at the Bishop is a popular choice for business receptions and musical events. The adjacent conference room is designed for groups from 6-14. Users have access to a computer with email and internet access, photocopier, fax machine, speaker telephone and other business services.

The Vancouver Room at the Bishop accommodates groups to 75 people, in either classroom or theatre format. The ADA-conforming conference room is wired for multiple laptop internet access, coaxial cable, and is ideal for computer training and business meetings.

The Penthouse at the Swan appeals to groups ranging in size from 12-28 people seeking luxurious catering and conference services. The Penthouse is equipped with four separate internet-accessible telephone circuits.
